These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hired Teens ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you") concerning your access to and use of the website https://hiredteens.com and any related services, products, or content offered by Hired Teens (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Hired Teens, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Definitions

• "Service" refers to the website https://hiredteens.com and all related features, products, content, and services operated by Hired Teens.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Account" refers to a registered profile created by a User to access restricted features of the Service.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, audio, video, data, software, and other material available on or through the Service.
• "User Content" refers to any content, data, or material submitted, uploaded, or posted by Users to the Service.
• "Transaction" refers to any purchase, subscription, or payment made through the Service.

Payments and Pricing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is governed by the payment processor's terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

Hired Teens reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, and will provide a full refund in such cases.

FTC Compliance: All pricing, charges, and billing practices comply with applicable FTC regulations including the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) requirements for clear disclosure of material terms before charging.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Job listings: Posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has gone live, except where required by law or as described below.
• Listings that are rejected during review: If a listing is held for manual review and is ultimately rejected, you will be refunded in full.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend your listing and pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts plus fees.

California residents and US consumers may have additional rights under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

User-Generated Content

The Service may allow you to submit, post, upload, or otherwise contribute content including text, images, job listings, or other material ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree to the following:

• License to Hired Teens: You grant Hired Teens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content. The license above does not transfer ownership to us.
• Representations: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Prohibited Content: User Content must not be illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

Hired Teens does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for User Content, including job listings. Employers are solely responsible for their submissions. You indemnify Hired Teens against any claims arising from your User Content.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or applications. These are provided for convenience only. Hired Teens does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you access. Hired Teens is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service.

Third-party services integrated into Hired Teens may include analytics providers, payment processors, cloud hosting services, and similar tools. Each operates under its own legal terms independent of these Terms.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Hired Teens uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy to operate and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

• Posting false, discriminatory, or illegal job listings, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any system
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or to circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, monitor, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Impersonating any person or entity, including Hired Teens staff, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or organisation
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users without their consent
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
• Using the Service for any commercial solicitation, spam, or unsolicited communication unrelated to legitimate job or internship opportunities
• Requesting payment, banking information, or other sensitive personal information from an applicant as a condition of a job listed on the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, referral to law enforcement, and/or legal action.

Termination and Suspension

Hired Teens reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy
• Actions that we reasonably believe may harm Hired Teens, other users, or third parties
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Technical or security reasons
• Non-payment of any fees due

You may stop using the Service, or request removal of a listing, at any time by contacting support@hiredteens.com. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses — shall survive.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except where a refund is expressly required under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HIRED TEENS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any job listing or other content on the Service, or the legitimacy of any employer
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Hired Teens or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIRED TEENS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any content, job listing, or conduct of any third party on the Service, including any employer or the outcome of any job or internship arrangement
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Hired Teens in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Hired Teens has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hired Teens and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Service in violation of these Terms
• Any User Content or job listing you submit to the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including labor and child labor laws applicable to any listing you post
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Service

Hired Teens reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with Hired Teens's defence of that matter.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact Hired Teens at support@hiredteens.com and provide a written description of the dispute, including your name, a description of the issue, and the relief sought. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receipt of your notice.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Small Claims: Nothing in this clause prevents either party from pursuing claims in small claims court if the dispute qualifies under that court's jurisdiction.

Minors and Age Restrictions

Hired Teens is intentionally designed for use by students who are at least 13 years old. Employers posting a listing must be at least 18 years old, or posting on behalf of a legitimate business or organization with authority to do so.

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that any listing and any resulting work arrangement complies with applicable child labor laws, wage laws, and other regulations, given that applicants may be minors. Employers may never request payment, banking information, or other sensitive personal information from a student as a condition of applying to or accepting a listed opportunity.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's internet use. If you become aware that a student has shared personal information through the Service inappropriately, please contact us immediately at support@hiredteens.com.

Financial Information

Any pricing or fee information available through the Service relates solely to the cost of posting a listing, and does not constitute investment, financial, or tax advice. Hired Teens is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax professional.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hired Teens regarding your use of the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Hired Teens.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Hired Teens may freely assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without restriction.
• Force Majeure: Hired Teens shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or failures of the internet or third-party infrastructure.
• No Partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Hired Teens.
